Riverbird
A software company from Ulm. We build the tools IT service providers use to run their customers' IT — and we use them ourselves.
Riverbird GmbH has been developing software for managed service providers for more than ten years. Behind and alongside that stand more than twenty years of experience in the IT service business: we know the week in which three customers have a problem at the same time, and we know the month end at which somebody wants to know what was actually done.
Imperia grew out of that experience. It is the successor to our own first RMM — rebuilt rather than touched up, because some decisions from back then no longer hold.
We develop in Ulm and run the platform on our own hardware in German data centres. Development, support and operations sit in the same building. When you call, you reach someone who knows the product.
